The kitchen, home of food transformation, can become a place of self-transformation


It’s a proven fact that healthy eating habits contribute significantly to a better quality of life. But at the same time, gastronomy and culinary pleasures are major elements of our culture. By offering you the opportunity to learn about nutrition, I want to show you that these two values ​​are not in conflict, but instead “health” and “pleasure” are at the heart of my nutritional approach.

With Foodamental, I offer both theoretical and practical workshops to better understand the proper functioning of our organism and its fundamental link with healthy nutrition. My goal is to give you the opportunity to benefit from my knowledge of the essence of balanced and tasty nutrition in order to become your own health coach.

By combining theory with culinary practice in a relaxed and friendly setting, I’ll give you plenty of nutritional advice using a vocabulary accessible to all. Together, we’ll cook fresh, organic and seasonal products while preserving vitamins, minerals and other basic nutrients. I will give you tips and tricks to help you plan your meals and balanced menus. We’ll discover together easy and fast recipes. In short, I’ll share with you all the tools you need to help you and your family grow up healthily.

I propose a training program of six themed workshops to help you understand the need to consume macronutrients (proteins, lipids, carbohydrates) as well as micronutrients (vitamins, minerals, trace elements) and the benefit of the fundamental synergy between these elements, in order to stay healthy both physically and mentally.

Each workshop consists of a practical part as well as a theoretical part to better understand in the long term why the menus that we will prepare are healthy and balanced. Depending on the season, we’ll make three dishes (raw, cooked, veggie, meat, sweet, savoury, starter, main course, dessert, breakfast, …) and enjoy them together in a relaxed atmosphere.

Classes are accessible to all, no matter your level of cooking. In order to ensure complete learning, the six workshops are offered in the form of a “package” and are followed in their entirety from the first workshop to the last one (six). The workshops are not available individually.

The workshops are given during the day: Thursday from 10 AM to 3 PM (French-speaking group) or Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM (Dutch-speaking group).



The price includes 6 workshops of 5 hours each, theoretical support, a recipes booklet, a notebook, 18 tasty dishes, water, tea and / or herbal teas.
